Intelligence East Midlands (IEM) is our regional observatory and focuses on social, economic, environmental and spatial intelligence. IEM aims to ensure that good quality, accessible and relevant evidence on the East Midlands is available and used to inform decision-making. IEM is a member of the Association of Regional Observatories (ARO), which is hosted by REM.

Culture East Midlands is the regional champion for culture. Their role is to drive change in cultural policy and planning in the region. They have produced a Regional Cultural Strategy. CEM is a partnership and represents the key cultural organisations and agencies in the region.
